It's only a few hours and you must get the building ready for occupancy. Bluewater Cleaning specializes in providing construction clean-up services, FAST.

If you are a construction company, contractor or building owner who is finishing up construction on a new building or remolding project, you want a quality cleaning company to prepare the building for it's official opening and showing. Bluewater Cleaning can come in immediately after construction and clean and thoroughly vacuum the floors, partitions, walls and whatever else is necessary to make the building ready for move-in.


New construction cleaning rates are approximately 12 to 18 cents per square foot.
